Meritranker uses secure payment gateways (including Razorpay) to process credit purchases and plan payments. Refund requests are handled through the same payment method used at checkout.
How to request a refund
- Raise a refund request from your payment app or Razorpay receipt, if available.
- If you need help, contact support at support@meritranker.com.
Timeline
We review requests as quickly as possible. Processing times depend on your payment provider and bank.
